Student Visa General Process

Get Accepted by a Ukrainian University

Once you get accepted into a university, the student receives an invitation letter from their university.  You should proceed to contact the Ukrainian Embassy in your country to apply for a student visa. Once all the documents are received by the University and necessary payments are made students can apply for the visa Invitation letter.

Prepare For Your Visa Interview

It is suggested that students should apply for Ukrainian visa as early as possible as there is lots of processes involved for Ukraine visa. You will be required to prepare some documents and their associated procedures in check. Ukraine visa can be applied from 15th July to 10th October.

Wait for Visa Processing Time

Visas are usually issued within two to five weeks, processing time make exceed this if there are problems with the application or additional documents are needed. Visa offices often offer a fast-track service for an additional fee. The cost will vary depending on where you live, so contact the Ukrainian Embassy consulate or visa office for confirmation.

Prepare Your Travel Arrangements

The last and most important part of the visa process is to inform the university or the sponsor in Ukraine about the arrival date/time and flight details so that they can arrange for the pick up at the airport. It is important to have a representative from the university, sponsor, or an approved consultant to arrange the pick-up at the airport to gain entry in Ukraine.
